Pittsburgh: There's an app for that Pittsburgh is the first city with an iPhone app: iBurgh. iBurgh allows residents to report problems—such as potholes and graffiti—directly to city government. The free app, developed by YinzCam founder and ECE Prof. Priya Narasimhan, is part of the city's effort to be a leader in "e-Democracy." CIT Ranked #7 in Undergrad Engineering U.S. News & World Report has ranked CIT as the #7 best undergraduate engineering program—up two spots from last year. Electrical and environmental engineering programs each rose a spot to #9, while the computer engineering program is ranked #4.
