Viewing Your Student Information Online

When registering for the next semester it's important to take into consideration any AP and/or transfer credit you earned. The instructions below will help you view the Advanced Placement or transfer credit you have earned.

 

1. Enter the Student Information Online (SIO) System

In Step One, you created your Andrew ID and Password. Type your Andrew User Name and Password in the login box and click OK


2. Access Your Information

Once you are in the system, the menu includes numerous buttons (described below) that help you access different components of your student record. Use the GRADES button to check AP or transfer credits that have been posted to your record.

  • Click Grades and the following page will appear.
  • Select AP in the semester drop-box to the left of the Submit button, (AP is at the bottom of the list).
  • Click Submit.

 

Request Documents

Request an unofficial transcript (free). Request verification of enrollment (for insurance companies, loan agencies etc.).

Feedback

Give feedback to Enrollment Services about how the SIO system is working.

Schedule

View your schedule of classes.

Grades

View your grades from various semester (as well as AP/transfer credit-more below).

Aid/Account

See a history of financial transactions of your accounts (tuition, scholarships etc.).

Enrollment Data

Check your enrollment information (major, units carried, class level etc.).

Address Data

Review and update your address (both school and permanent addresses).
