Seeking Photos of Carnegie Tech

We're looking for old photos of Carnegie Tech for use in an engineering history project. We're especially interested in early photos of the engineering buildings or labs, but we would love to see any engineering-related photos from the 1940s to the 1990s. High resolution scans would be best, but if you send real photos, you will get them back (unless you want to donate them to the photo archives). If possible, identify the people in the photos, the location, the date, and any interesting related stories.
