Please consider making a gift to the College of Engineering
Students Benefit
Your gift to the CIT Dean's Innovation Fund helps us make significant investments in emerging research and experimental infrastructure; fund special student programs for undergraduate and graduate students such as travel abroad; and take advantage of innovative opportunities discovered by faculty and students. These investments strengthen CIT's reputation as an international leader in research and multidisciplinary education. By purchasing state-of-the-art equipment and upgrading our labs, we can take advantage of strategic opportunities. By enabling more students to travel abroad, we are able to give our students a greater perspective of the world. Your assistance helps to ensure that our students will remain on the cutting edge of innovation and entrepreneurship in a global economy.
CIT Benefits
Your support helps to attract and retain highly talented students and faculty, as well as advance important research initiatives across the college.
You Benefit
In 2010, the London Times Higher Education Supplement ranked CIT 11th overall in the world's top engineering and technology programs. We ranked 4th in the teaching subcategory, and 3rd in research. We could not achieve this success without the support of our alumni. As CIT continues to thrive, so does the value of your degree.
To make a gift to the CIT Dean's Innovation Fund, please visit the Carnegie Mellon Inspire Innovation site. When you select a "Designation" for your gift, choose "Schools and Colleges." Next, select "Carnegie Institute of Technology." You will then be prompted to choose the "Dean's Innovation Fund" or a department if you prefer.
Prefer to send a check? Please make checks payable to Carnegie Mellon University and don't forget to designate where you want your gift to go on the memo line of your check. You can mail your check to:
