Ms. Teri Takai, DoD CIO, will describe the challenges she has faced and overcome in developing Enterprise solutions for tough IT problems. She will also provide her perspective on the importance of IT to effective government. Ms. Takai has served as the CIO of the states of Michigan and California and presently serves as the CIO of the Department of Defense.
