The Technology and Policy Minor, which is administered by the Department of Engineering and Public Policy (EPP), is for students who are majoring in areas other than engineering or computer science. The minor is designed to give students a basic understanding of the interactions between technology, society and policy and some project experience in problems involving technology and policy.

Course Requirements

This minor requires satisfactory completion of a set of six courses totaling a minimum of 51 units. For a list of course options, click here and go to Technology and Policy Minor. Students who are interested in the Technology and Policy Minor should contact the Department of Engineering and Public Policy early in their course of study.

Undergraduate students may earn a Bachelor of Science degree in the following disciplines:
